These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for using the Puerto Madero website available at puertomadero.pl, hereinafter referred to as the “Website”.

The Website enables users to access information about Puerto Madero’s offer and use the online functionalities made available through the Website.
Users are required to use the Website in accordance with applicable law, generally accepted standards of conduct and these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are available free of charge on the Website in a manner that allows users to view, save and reproduce them.
§2. Scope of Website Services
Through the Website, users may in particular:
access information about the Puerto Madero restaurant;
view the menu, offers, opening hours and information about events;
access an external table reservation system;
submit enquiries regarding private parties, private events or corporate events;
contact Puerto Madero;
subscribe to a newsletter or other marketing communications, where such functionality is available;
use other functionalities provided through the Website.
The scope of the Website’s functionalities may be changed, updated or expanded from time to time.

To use the Website properly, the following are required:

§4. Table Reservations
Table reservations at Puerto Madero may be made through the external Zjedz.my reservation system operated by Restomatic sp. z o.o.
After selecting “Reserve a Table” on the Website, the User may be redirected to Zjedz.my or may use its functionality integrated into the Website.
Use of the Zjedz.my system is subject to the terms and conditions established by its operator.
Before making a reservation, the User should review the current terms and conditions and privacy information provided by the operator of Zjedz.my.
Available dates, times, number of guests and other reservation conditions depend on Puerto Madero’s current availability and offer as presented in the reservation system.
Users are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information necessary to make a reservation.
Reservation confirmation may be provided through the reservation system, email, SMS, telephone or another method indicated during the reservation process.
For selected events, special menus, larger groups, specific dates or other services, additional reservation conditions may apply, including, in particular, prepayment, a deposit, a specified cancellation period or other special conditions.
Where additional conditions apply, the User will be informed of them before making a binding reservation or payment.
If a reservation needs to be changed or cancelled, the User should use the options provided by the reservation system or contact Puerto Madero directly.
The current terms and conditions of the reservation system operator are available on the Zjedz.my website.
§5. Private Events and Celebrations
The Website may allow Users to submit enquiries regarding the organisation of, among others:
birthdays;
anniversaries;
business meetings;
corporate events;
family celebrations;
private celebrations;
other events organised at Puerto Madero.
Submitting an event enquiry form or message constitutes an enquiry only and does not, by itself, constitute confirmation of a reservation or conclusion of a contract.
Detailed event arrangements, including the date, number of guests, menu, scope of services, price, payment terms, any required deposit and cancellation policy, may be agreed individually.
An event reservation is confirmed in accordance with the terms presented to the User by Puerto Madero.
§6. Newsletter and Marketing Communications
Users may voluntarily subscribe to the newsletter or consent to receiving marketing communications from Puerto Madero where such functionality is available on the Website.
Such communications may include, in particular, information about:
events organised at Puerto Madero;
special offers;
seasonal menus;
new dishes and cocktails;
promotions;
invitations;
news and updates relating to Puerto Madero.
Subscription to the newsletter and consent to marketing communications are voluntary.
Users may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time, in particular by using the unsubscribe link included in an email or by contacting Puerto Madero.
Information provided in connection with a table reservation is not automatically treated as a subscription to the Puerto Madero newsletter. Marketing communications requiring separate consent will only be sent after such consent has been obtained.

If there is any uncertainty regarding the ingredients of a particular dish, please contact Puerto Madero staff.

Dates, times, programmes, performing artists and other elements of events may change, particularly for organisational reasons or circumstances beyond Puerto Madero’s control.
If participation in a particular event is subject to additional conditions, a fee, special menu, reservation or payment, the relevant information will be provided before a binding reservation or purchase is made.
